It seemed like today was the day to release a music video! Over on the homepage, we've got the debut of Kacey Musgraves' "Follow Your Arrow", on the Texas Crossroads page is Aaron Watson's "July in Cheyenne" and here, on my page, I have a few too. Also premiering today was Frankie Ballard's video for "Helluva Life" and may have missed this one last week, Gary Allan (who recently celebrated a birthday) premiered his video for "It Ain't The Whiskey". So get to watching!
While LEGOS may be your bare feet's worst enemy, when put to their proper usage they can be pretty awesome. And then you get some genius people with plenty of time on their hands that create things like the video below. I don't think I have quite the patience for stop motion, if it's got to be longer than a Vine then my attention would wander. Check out this complete LEGO remake of that famous Blues Brothers car chase.
They also made a video of the two scenes side by side. The LEGO remakes you can find on YouTube are pretty awesome, one of my favorites is the LEGO Thriller.
Oh.Em.Gee. If you, like me, thought the Zac Brown Band CMA performance with Dave Grohl was epic, I have some good news. They made a record. And it comes out next week on iTunes. Consider it an early Christmas present, The Grohl Sessions: Vol. 1 is coming out on the Zac Brown Band's Southern Ground Artists label. And the fact that it's just Volume 1 means that there could be more. A whole lot more. Get a behind the scenes peek at the making of the album in the video below.
