Kid Rock has been tapped to host this year's CMT Music Awards at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on June 9th. The rocker/rapper broke the news on his website yesterday (Thursday, April 29th), saying, ""All I can promise is I will be awesome."The CMT Music Awards will air on the cable network at 8 p.m. ET.
