Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, has been arrested on indecent exposure charges after allegedly exposing herself along a busy highway in Alabama and refusing to comply with law enforcement officials who responded at the scene.

Kelley, 27, was booked at 5:05 p.m. on Friday (April 5) into the Elmore Country Jail in Wetumpka, Alabama, booking documents show. She’s accused of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, which are both misdemeanor charges. Her bond is set at $1,000, according to Elmore Country Jail booking information.

AL.com obtained charging documents that state the incident happened at a busy intersection in Millbrook, Alabama, at Interstate 65 and Highway 14. Kelley allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body,” and refused to identify herself and cooperate with responding officers at the scene of the incident. Kelley, who has previously been arrested on drug possession charges and violating her probation, is due to appear in court on Thursday (April 11), the Alabama-based news organization notes in its report published on Tuesday (April 9).

Judd, 59, shares Kelley with ex-husband Arch Kelley III, along with son Elijah Judd, 29. Judd and her ex-husband split in 1998. The Country Music Hall of Famer married husband Cactus Moser in 2012.
